The Old Testament is the term for all the books of the bible that came before Christ. The Old Testament is the Torah, The Jewish Bible. The New Testament is all the books of the Bible dealing with Christ.Christians use both Testaments, while Jews only use the Old Testament.I hope this makes sense. Take Care.

Old Testament is about the creation of Universe, The first man and the woman (Adam & Eve) and their generation till the immersion of the universe in a flood. New Testament is the about the Jesus Christ and his twelve deciples.
