Summer Olympics 2008 in Beijing China!

The Summer Olympics 2008 will be held in Beijing China, and Would you like to have a travel to Beijing for the Summer Olympics 2008? I used to watch Olympic games on TV, but this time it is in Beijing. I think I would go to Beijing to watch the games. Have you been to Beijing? Beijing is a very beautiful city, and you can find many wouderful pictures about Beijing in my blog, such as Great Wall, Yihe yuan, Purple Forbiden City(also called Imperial Palace) etc. Also the Beijing Roast Duck is very delicious. I am from China, and I have not been to Beijing before. But I know the 2008 Olympics will be held in Beijing. I wish I can have a chance to trave to Beijing in 2008, and watch the Olympic games in Beijing. My hometown is in Qingdao, which is also a beautiful city, and I know Qingdao is also a branch for some Olympic games, mainly some aquatic games. I tried to visit your blog, but it seems I can't visit it. maybe something is wrong with my network. I am sure to check your blog later.

i went to beijing late last year. it is indeed a very beautiful city. i had to endure the four hour tour around the forbidden city, so tiring, but worth it. the tour guide also took us to the great wall and summer palace and authentic chinese restaurants. we also went to the pearl farm and jade factory and beijing zoo. i enjoyed the crispy peking duck at quanjude peking duck restaurant. what i didn't get to do was to shop because there was too little time. i just hope that for the olympics they make the necessary adjustments in the airport. the immigration officers are a bit too slow. we were in the airport three hours before the departure but we boarded the plane 15minutes after the scheduled departure. but satill, i would always recommend a holiday in beijing to my friends. i just love the jasmine tea every meal.
