An awesome optical illusion!!!!

okay, guys and gals, the other day I was checking out some optical illusions to upload on shareapic, and I came across this really awesome one.
Not everyone got this one, because it requires some concentration, some people get it, some don't, let's see which one you are. Just check the attached picture. It has the instructions too.
All you gotta do is stare at the dot in the middle of the picture for at least thirty seconds, you really have to concentrate on it, and then close your eyes, and then open them and looks towards the light or anything white.
If you do it right, then you will know how awesome it is. I won't tell you what you see, because that would just spoil it. So try it, look at the attached picture and do it yourself, it's amazing!!

Wow that was amazing. Thanks. I tried looking out of the window but could only see the pirate type skull. Then I looked at the white frame and it changed the other way round black and white taking different priorities. Now I can still see it on the computer screen. I have one with a frog I will try and upload it one day.

I'm guessing the lights nearby aren't big enough, or are too far away or something. I can see faint outlines extending past the lights, but it's too contrasty with the image on the light to make it out. Ah well.
