are there alternatives for steriods?

i've been using diprolene, a steriod for quite a time now. i've heard that there are other non-steriodal medications for psoriasis. i have them on my scalp, nails, and hands.

Goekerman works very well. I've done steriods,PUVA,enbrel (an immune suppressant) and diet. When I had a huge flare-up, 60% coverage, I took Goekerman and it cleared me. Only four hospitals offer it, Mayo invented it 80 years ago and still use it. Contact Mayo clinic in Rochester MN.
