My dish washer is not working..............

Can you help fixing up my dish washer as it is not working properly. The dishes on upper rike are not cleaned.

Have you tried running the dishwasher with some vinegar added? I think it helps remove hard water deposits and cleans out any debris. I do this periodically just to keep the dishwasher odor free as well. It may not help but it would be an inexpensive thing to try. Good luck!
