Working and baby

I've just got my boss OK for flex time. Since I am in marketing department, I think I can do my job everywhere and my boss agrees that I do my job from home. But lately I got to meet many people while my daughter's nanny can't take care of my child because of her family issue. My daughter stays with my mom in law and now I believe she'll be exhausted with a 14 months. This is quite a dilemma. I know I can let my staffs handle the people but they're new. Another thing, I feel like I'm leaving my job in peak because personal issue. But there's no way, to leave my baby to my mother in law. Any suggestions? I can't bring my daughter to work because there's no child care facility besides she doesn't want anybody that she doesn't recognize or not used to.
