As a female,are we too ambitious and aggressive?

When we female work with men in a same enviroment, I heard few suggestions to me: please do not so ambitious and aggressive while working with male,esp.they are your director or even boss. Man dosn't like strong and tough women.??

Maybe some man doesn't like if woman are beating him, but not all man feel in that way. For me, woman are now realize the family duty can't be done only with one person in the family. So if woman being ambitious, is just because really want to help her husband and family needs, not to beat the men. In this time, it's hard if we don't work together.
