I really don't think that india does not even have a 0.1% to win that tournament unless someone fixes those match (say bcci) to make india win the tournament to regain their lost glory from the world cup. This could really happen because the biggest money earner for ICC and BCCI is India, almost 90% of the money is coming from india for thme, so they would do anything to gain back the popularity of cricket which has hit a new low after the indian team's debacle in world cup.
