accupuncture--is it worth the terror?

Has anyone tried this for pain? I am considering it but i am worried that it will be more painful than what its worth(i am afraid of needles). However i am to the point where i am willing to try almost anything to avoid pain pills...

sharpdart If you are afraid of needles, than I can see the trepidation. But if you have had two surgeries, than this really doesn't compare. It's not painful, and the needles aren't inserted like a hypodermic. There are many forms of acupuncture that utilize different...
