I Exercised for 2.5 Hours Today

Yikes! I think I might have overdone it on the exercise today. I went to the fitness center at 10:30 am to take the second Tai Chi class. I took that class to help my balance so I don't fall and break anything. That class was 60...

kostas viz Working out is one of the best things to do for you body. Please take care not to hard your self with some kind of injury.
