Good afternoon from chilly, rainy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's currently 59 F.
It's been a good day today.
I'm thankful I've been here with you to see how things are in your world. I finished the notifications three times.
I'm thankful for the walk on the trail. It was almost a dry walk. The rain started as I came off the trail.
I'm thankful for the rain. We need it so badly. I looked at the creek on the trail, despite the rain, it's still very low. I'm hoping we get enough to get rid of drought conditions.
I'm thankful for the work I did on In the Hands of Mighty Men. It's coming along well. I expect I'll finish the first edit by the end of the month. I'll take time off from it before I get back to it. I'll work on Faith to Believe or another book I need to finish or edit to get ready to publish. Then come back to it for the next edit. I don't know when I will publish it. Don't worry, I'll keep you in the loop.
I'm thankful for the scale this morning. I lost all the water weight. Now to continue the downward trend.

It has cooled down in Michigan, it's not even 70 degrees today. I love it this way! It rained hard last evening.
That water weight can be very disheartening, almost as if the diet isn't working! When in reality, that extra weight is still coming off
