apples - apples are one of my favorite fruits. i try to eat it in the morning. not only are they very delicious, they are also very nutricious and healthy for the body. aside from the vitamins and minerals that the fruit contains, it also has antioxidants that cleanse our body from any harmful wastes in the body. these antioxidants attract these wastes and are flushed out through our sweat, urine, and stool.
