a horned owl - are you familiar with the call of the barred owl he calls 'who cooks for you, who cooks for you, who cooks for youall' I wonder if the horned owl has the same hoot.  Not our favorite creature around these parts due to raising poultry... but I digress.  Do you remember that commercial of the 70s with the catchy little ditty:  'Give a hoot, don't pollute, never be a dirty bird - in the city or in the woods, help keep america - looking good!'
