Leaders of The Parade - I believe this might be the Mayor of a local village and his wife or daughter, plus probably his granddaughter with the trumpet. They led the Stars and Stripes Parade up to the field where the Village Day fun will take place. I think he's probably portraying 'Uncle Sam'. Anyway, it was quite a colourful parade.
