Oh God Please Stop Whining About Not Passing the L - My neighbor has been screaming angrily to herself for quite some time now and it's already getting into my nerves. Based on what I'm hearing until now, she did not pass the Licensure Exam for Teachers. Now she's complaining why her brother is smart and she is not and why God has allowed this to happen to her. I know, not passing this licensure exam can be really devastating, but whining at this time of the night would not do anything. Can't she just see this as a challenge and try to improve herself next time?
