meatloaf-mixture of meat - personally I mix hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, egg, parsely, garlic, and mix well but not enough to make it a firm loaf...pat gently into the pan and bake/roast or cook it at about 350 for about 1 hour..it depends on your oven
