A Christmas Photo Background - This was a photo of a Christmas Tree that I croped (using Photoshop Elements 3) to fill the whole image. I then went into Fisters - Artistic and Used Water Color and the Underpainting filter. Then you adjust the filter until you get the desired effect. Try out som of the other fileters such as Stained Glass or Blur for different effects Yopu can creat some very interesting effect for background.
