Are we becoming so concerned with race that we over look the fact that the white is a woman. It makes it sound like the race of a person is the most important fact in the story. What happened to the qualifications of the person or the political philosophy? If we are concerned with ending racism then we need to look at the person and not just the sex or race.

Isreal is one country while the Plestinians have one government and many many different factions with each one wanting something different. It owuld be like the police in any large city sitting down with one gang and trying to end crime and make peace with all gangs. If you institute Tort Reform you could take care of a large part of the Unwanted treatment. This is not addressed any place in the President Plan.
