smoking outcasts - As a tourist destination, I would recommend that Hawaii have 'smoke parks' to keep the smokers happy in this south-turning economy if it doesn't want to loose what dollars it is getting from the trade that smokers give it. I'm not talking about smoking Hawaiians and American tourists. Much of Asia smokes. They won't appreciate being treated like complete outcasts.
