Totem Poles in Vancouver's Stanley Park - This is the most popular spot in Stanley Park, the city of Vancouver in Canada's western front. Lots of tourists have their pictures taken daily here. Stanley Park is an over 400-hectare forest preserve which has trees as old as 1,000 to 3,000 years old. This park is also the setting for the first meeting between British Captain George Vancouver and the aboriginal natives who used to call this place their home back in 1791.
