Payal people call it auspicious fish. Even in south East asian countries, it is kept in the big Aquarium in big corporates and they are quite expensive.

Payal Ya very true...in thyroid u need to burn as much as u eat everyday which is practically impossible.so u need to eat less .because whatever u eat is stored as fat if u donot burn it.

Payal Oh..sad to know..But giving up is not a choice and I have few tips which worked for me but now i am not using it (don,t know the reason may be busy with kids).May be it can work for you.
