hi frds i need ur suggesstion ,ur views on how to help my frd quit smokin .he has been smokin since the past 10 yrs n when ever i ask him to quit he says he just cant now its too late ..do u guys think so ..or is it just an excuse...

AnandAkki I don't know since I don't smoke. But, one thing I can say for sure - " why do ppl smoke"

wht time do u get up in d morning iget up around 8 or 9 am

how many of u do any kinda of phsyical excercise? i use to go gym bt india is too hot cant think of doin anything tht cld make me sweat:p

AnandAkki I do gym daily. As they say "sweat to get", every one should do gym daily. It not only keeps you health, but also active.

wht do u think abt music n dance competition ???? i think they r already booked like in the case of cricket theyr not reality shows bt fakes.....

AnandAkki Such reality shows are good. Indian idol provides a great platform for many young talents who aspire to be famaous in singing/showbiz. In past, since lack of exposure, I think that many talented people did not get their due. So, we have to support such reality...
