What do you think makes an effective mother?

Is the effective mother one who raises her children to not be in trouble and to reflect well on her? One who gets her children to contribute to society?

Where do you think the final Horcruxes are?

We know that a few of them have been destroyed, one of them at great cost to Dumbledore. With Harry not returning to Hogwarts, one wonders how difficult it will be to not only find but to destroy.
