What does it take to run a marathon?

karlim @karlim (122) • Singapore 2 Jun 11

I thought of running a marathon challenge but I don't have enough courage and stamina to finish the run. What does it take to run a 26 miles (42 km) marathon? What can I do to avoid throwing in the towel at the last minute?
