hellcowboy I also have a 9 red star and I have had it for a while now,and I too would love to get a 10 blue star,the only things I know to do,is keep responding to people,and try to do the best responses you can,so that way people will rate you positively.

ycpgoldberg I getting 9 since long ago, which I started to get star, and until now still stay at 9. Maybe someone can share a ways to get blue 10 star, just stay and wait.

Ok I'm a non us citizen and i signed up for a pay pall account But i dont have a credit card. i want to know how i could get a credit card a visa or mastercard or something like that. Or dont i need a card ? Do day send checks?
