Where in the Bible does it say...

ByronEA @ByronEA (109) • United States 20 Jul 08

Where in the Christian Bible does it say that it is the Christian's duty to make our civil laws be based upon Christian morals? I'm tired of the Christian Right trying to force their morals into our laws. For example, sure its...

mmiller26 It doesn't say that anywhere in the bible. The major problem is that the majority of the country is Christian, and they tend to vote as a block. So if there's an issue that they feel is immoral, even if it's a civil matter and has nothing to do with religion,...

mmiller26 I'm in total agreement. But you and I don't have any influence over what people can and cannot vote for. Politicians who have their own agendas will pander to these people and they'll continue to vote that way. I think gay marriage is a civil matter as well,...

Did Lucas name Luke after himself?

ShardAerliss Luke S. was a nickname Lucas had at school and it was a deciding factor in the hero's name. Don't ask me where I know this from... I have read sooo many interviews and sooo much information on SW in the last decade. It's just in my head from somewhere... I...

gkurt08 @gkurt08 (233) • Philippines 18 Jan 08

Atheists claim that God does not exist. However, since God's existence cannot be proved or disproved logically, that would mean the belief is illogical. Therefore, atheism, like any other religion, requires faith and not...

ClarusVisum "If you deny something, then you in fact are questioning it right? Therefore you are in fact giving it some credence simply by questioning it." So we're all giving credence to the existence of the Tooth Fairy by not believing it exists? That argument...

Death of Mace Windu

mode09 @mode09 (158) • United States 27 Nov 07

Anyone disappointed with the death of Mace Windu? I was not upset with his death, but was upset by who did it. To me, Boba Fett should have taken his life for revenge on Jango Fett. Feel free to share your thoughts.

Zoidz21 Yea I think it was crazy the way he died. What made it worse was the way he screamed when his arm was cut off. Dooku got both his cut off at the same time and I don't think he made a peep. It just made him look bad.
