Lately my period is getting heavier than usual It was such a drag. It sometimes stops me from enjoying things that i normally do. I was wondering if tampons could help. Is it more safe, reliable, effective than a sanitary napkin?...

Caitlin1290 Hay, i really wish i could ware tampons but my mum thinks im to young and im 16 it annoys me so much cause ALL my friends ware em you should give them a try good luck xxx
