Christina Ladanger I use social media alot because now in days people don't even interact with each other. Its healthy I guess to limit yourself. I use mostly Facebook and Snapchat the others I deleted

josefina Social network sites like FB are essentially time wasters. If you feel they're taking too much of your time from focusing on more important matters then you should delete your accounts.or the very least self impose a limit on the time spend on these sites.

Felicia Kane If you limit your time on these platforms it will help your productivity. You could delete them to increase even more or just discipline to 5 minutes at a time instead of scrolling for 2 hours.
