deebomb Let's face it this is one of those situations where the men get the shaft. Even if the courts did say that she had to have the baby what is to stop her from having the abortion. any way. If she really didn't want to carry the baby she could get long before...

Lovely Gifts with JewelScent I don't think legally a man can forbid a woman from having an abortion, even if the man is her husband. I side more with the woman on this one. I don't feel the man should have the right in a sense because it's the woman who will be carrying the child and her...

luckycharm00812 I believe that if the husband takes it to court, and he wants to take care of the child alone, the law can forbid her from getting an abortion and actually make her carry the child. P.s. I love your icon.

Stiletto No I don't think the father should have the right to prevent a woman from having an abortion. Of course it's a shame if the man genuinely wants a child (being "pro-Life" doesn't necessarily mean he does) but it's her body, the woman has to carry the child and...

Patsie Hatley is Deceased ohmy ask an easy one lol good discussion. this needs the wisdom of Soloman. I think she should have it and let dear old hubbyhavee it if he is so gung ho on her having it. I am rather pro life myself and unless she is ill see no reason for abortion in her case...
