I have been into online work for almost three years now and I am not regularly working out. Although I always do household chores, I still think I need to regularly work out to keep my body fit and to have a healthy lifestyle....

Daintydan16 I hardly exercise,my job basically takes up most of time. since lately i realise that i am putting on alot of weight, mainly on my stomach. I intend to start exercing soon because i definately don't want to lose my shape. I might do some early morning...
