NordCat @NordCat (123) • United States 24 Feb 07

Here is a question that tortures me. Van Gogh is one of my favorites too. I just dont understand - nobody liked him while he was living, he was so unhappy, unlucky person.(only sold 2 works during his life) It is strange how far...

TinWolf YIKES...TORTURED by a question? Hopefully not as much as Vincent was. In large measure he was out of his time. He played on a field not using the same rules as were currently accepted, But KARMA is a wonderful thing. It's also not true that no one liked...

Can you lose your creativity??

Nireths @Nireths (149) • United States 21 Feb 07

Recently I have felt like I can't do anything. I don't know if it's my mood, or state of mind, or so many things that are going on and chores to do. I don't know if you can lose creativity. But I would like to know if anyone knows...

Wanderlaugh Typical painter. No, you can't lose your creativity, but you can drive it and yourself up the wall worrying about it. When I paint, it's a flood, to the extent that I have to physically stop myself. Then it can take ages to feel the urge to paint...

From discussions I've read it seems the majority of MyLotians are against lies and lying. But does that include the white lie which is usually told to spare someone some hurt feelings or to spare the teller the consequences of...

TinWolf In part I have to agree with ElementalDragon. Lying like Quality has no degrees, no levels defined by a COLOR, and we all lie. My grandparents, who raised me infused me with two quotes related to honesty. "Honesty is a LAW, not a subjective...

TinWolf As a writer for 57 years and published first in my 20's "START" is a keyword. HAVE YOU? The LAST thing to consider is publishing, and with no offense meant at all, Have you begun? Have you considered keeping journals which are a great source of factual,...

I'm new here, and so I accept any responses that happen. In thinking about this topic, and as someone in their 60's I know well what I "HAVE DONE" and even many things I'd like yet "TO DO." It's kind of like a Life "Shopping...
