Just completed my 10000 extra steps of my day. I'm really tired and my calves are sore. I just started walking 10000 steps a day from today. I walked 5000 steps a day for a week bow I'm walking another 5000 steps.

Devendra swami @AKRao24 yea you are right sir but my steps are not normal. I try to take a long step of 3 feet or something. So I guess I did walk a bit over 6 km

Devendra swami Actually it is a lot more than 6 km. Since 10000 steps are almost equal to 5 miles and 1 miles is equal to 1.5 km. Lol I sound like book bug. And yes sir it was really tiring. I was sweating and my heart was beating really fast.
