Jerin That sounds awesome! I would love to subscribe to it. I already follow a lot of them. We are renting right now on this farm, but we hope to have a few acres of our own to go fully off grid.

Jerin I got a pleathra of turkeys and their bits. So, I found a google page on how to make hotdogs using casings I bought at the fleet and farm food store. They aren't bad, I suppose. I don't eat them, but the kids love them.
