Hi guys, After a 2-year break, I finally made it back to the gym. Got so caught up with work and life that I didn’t even realize how fast time flew. Definitely time to take my health seriously again.

LindaOH Friends and The Office are two of my favorite comedies. Lost is a favorite series as well; but it's not a comedy.

Anindita Sengupta I avoid cauliflower in summer as it causes bloating. My mango tree is loaded with ripe mangoes and I make different preparations out of them.
