what do you choose to have on your birthday a material or non-material gifts?

in my own opinion i want to choose a non-material gifts but i do appreciate people gifts.just a simple messages of greeting on my special day would be great i would be very happy.i appreciate a b-day card,or even a text messages...

InfiniteLoop With me its just the thought and maybe even a card . I really can't stress enough that friendship is no joke. You don't need to prove to me that your willing to get me a gift.Just being there or a simple !!happy birthday!! will suffice.. Friends don't have to...

Last week, the bass pedal for the drum set on our Guitar Hero broke. When we took it back to Best Buy, they were out of Guitar Hero. They gave us the choice of letting them order another game or they would knock $20 off the price...
