Cowboy Symbol racist or abusive to animals?

Currently living in Wyoming I have heard we have been denied having this image on our state quarter. It is a popular symbol and are state and even the entire US. Is this right or do people really find this symbol offensive?

Jalany Sorry, I made a mistake saying that we were denied the image because it has been sent to press. However it was not an easy process do to the political correctness that surrounds us today.l

Rich Americans

I'm curious what other people think about Americans being so rich compared to other countries. Are we smarter/better/luckier? What would it take to even things out accross this world?

Jalany So freedom is the key to America's success? Or private property? Almost sounds like propaganda for encouraging democracy but I believe that argument holds a lot of merit.
