Constipated 3 yr old....need help

So, my son turned 3 on Halloween of 2007. He just started using the potty and is now fully potty trained. The other day though, he was acting scared to go poop on the potty. He held it in all day and acted as if he was in pain....

JoJoZilla My sister is sort of a super mom and she balances her toddler between 2 bananas a day(firmer poopies) and 2 cups of applesauce or 2 yogurts (softer poopies).Best of luck.
