Do you take your dog to doctor?

How often do you take your dog to a doctor and get it checked...Do you give it all the necessary vaccinations at the right time or you dont mind it at all...

KaKaKa2000 Yesterday my dog ate some red lead when i did experiment,today it became cachexia and didn't eat food.so i look for some methods to cure it, i wish it become well tomorrow.
