So I've recently separated from my partner, of almost 10 years, 9 months ago. We moved out of our home in August and live 3 1/2 hours from each other now. In my mind and heart, there is no going back since we were both unhappy....

Laura hulme It will be very tough at first but you did the right thing if you weren't happy. The next thing is to just try and stay positive and move on. Which is easier said than done. Focus on your work or a hobby to try and take your mind off things. Build your life...
