What are some of the ways you stay motivated and challenged while trying to lose weight. I am just starting again and hope to do better this time. Positive thinking has really been helpful. I also am trying to slowly go into it....

Leanonme2 I would say staying positive and going slow are great. I have also made sure that friends and coworkers know I'm working at it so first they tend to check on you which keeps you honest and second they tend to not bring in too many horrible things at work so...
