Lionel0008 A bit expensive but since you said u got the second fastest intrenet speed in your city, that's acceptable. Anyways, you can check out your speed at speedtest.net. Choose local servers for best results.

Lionel0008 Maybe you could try using VPN to reduce the traffic shaping. There are free version around.

Lionel0008 At least it's still better than mine. I get 384kbps which is about a third of ur speed at around USD15 per month.

Lionel0008 @nykel88 You should clean up the clutter on your computer first before you defrag as you will save a lot of time when defragging. Recommended: Cleaning: Ccleaner Defrag: Auslogics Disk Defrag (this is way faster than the windows Defragmenter)
