@Lisa201 The house prices here aren't much better although they have fallen due to the recession. I was working 2 jobs to get my apartment but at least if my situation changes I could always rent it out. I could have bought a 3 bedroom house in a small town...

@Lisa201 I had worked in China before. I am flexible when I had worked in an American company and deal with Chinese partners. So I think it is possible to do both ways.
