Someone gave me the link for www.onemanga.com not too long ago, and I've been really enjoying it. I read Naruto manga there mostly, but there are a lot of series available. :) I hope that helps!

My favorites (for online reading) are http://mangavolume.com/& http://anime.plan9.de/anime/manga/ for older titles. I'd recommend that you check stoptazmo.com and http://www.manganews.net/ out anyway, you can't read manga online there, but the first has a...
