Loubeth12 I'm not sure where you got your info from. I burn 10 calories per floor when I run up the stairs, four floors would be only 40 cal. I weigh 165 pounds so even assuming our 17 pound difference you wouldn't lose 100 cal for 4 floors. It is fantastic though....

Loubeth12 How do you train them? My partner just got two male rats ~6-8 weeks old. Sneezey and Bandito. Guess why they got their names. :) Anyway, Sneezey is my special favourite, he sits quietly on my lap and will only roam a short distance away when we let him out...

Loubeth12 Find a tracker website or phone app. One that has calories in and calories out. I've found one that does both and can show you how much you've used vs how much you've eaten. You can set you're goal and it has heaps of handy tips and things to help you out. It...
