Jamema @J_mema__ (2) 27 Sep 17

Truthfully, I just started college as a freshmen; and it is already taking up majority of my time and energy. Most likely, because of my major which is biochemistry... I am having a hard time balancing life and college. Is anyone...

Why can you copyright a Helloween T-shirt and not a phone model?

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 28 Oct 16

With Helloween approaching, it proves that more and more people are attracted to the "Daddy's lil' monster" T-shirt made iconic by DC Comics' Harley Quinn character. What is interesting is that the logo is actually copyrighted,...

topffer It is possible to deposit an original design/model for a phone, and to prosecute counterfeiters, but if the design is not exactly the same, it will be considered like fair use and not like a counterfeit by a court.

Mini-USB vs micro-USB vs USB-type C.. innovation or just marketing?

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 13 Oct 16

It appears in the past 10 years mobile phone connectors have changed no less than three times: - Some of the phone manufacturers of 2005-2006 started giving up proprietary connectors in favor of the same Mini-USB connector used on...

topffer USB-C is not only a connector, it is a real technological advance. I think that the fact that it is reversible will make it less fragile than a micro-USB connector. It will also be more adapted to the new generation of batteries, able to charge faster if they...

Drilling a hole in the iPhone 7 - seriously, how ignorant can you be?

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 12 Oct 16

A couple of weeks ago, a prankster released a Youtube video showing how you can make a headphone jack for the iPhone 7: take a drilling machine and bore a hole in the lower-left side of the phone. The video was obviously a spoof,...

Photography = art, or bragging about cameras?

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 5 Oct 16

It often happens that the most frequent discussions among photographers don't concern composition styles, tricks for better images or elements of art critique, but their sole topic is gear. And when I mean gear, I mean investing...

Felicia Kane I think online friends have the same criteria as they do with in real life friends. You have to have good conversations, they do not need to be everyday but at least at a steady pace. It is a person that you kind of know, or at least know some facts about and...

Has anyone tried Bitcoin mining?

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 29 Sep 16

Older high-end phone, or newer model, but entry-level?

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 19 Sep 16

Stores may keep selling older models of phones long after they have been replaced by newer models - sometimes at heavily discounted prices. iPhone 5S, Samsung Note 4, HTC M8S were great phones about a couple of years ago and they...

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 14 Sep 16

Sky I don't compare. I just enjoy what comes around. DC movies are not dark in hollywood for that we have to stick to animation and comics. DC movies are enterainment now. even suicide squad turned out to be funny adventure drama than comic movie.

Luci CJ @LuciCJ (197) • Cluj-Napoca, Romania 13 Sep 16
