Windows XP to Windows 7?

Hi all, My friend asked me if his PC can be updated to Windows 7. Because his PC crashed today. But i don't know if his specs are ok. So, Can this PC upgraded to Windows 7(32/64 BIT)? These are the specs:

M477H145 You can download the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor from Microsoft. This program will analyse the specs of the PC and tell you if it will be compatible with Windows 7. Just type: 'Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor' in Google and you'll find it directly. Greetings

M477H145 I also go to sleep between 11-12pm. When I go to bed earlier, I just can't get to sleep. At 7.00am I get up and I've slept enough for the whole day. Greetings

flu shot

Will you get a flu shot this year? Why or why not? I got one last year but that was just because my work paid for it. I don't know about this year. I havent been sick in a long time so I probably will not get one.

M477H145 I will not get one this year. I've had one several years ago and still got the flu. :p Although it can protect you from many types of the flu, there are still types that can make you ill. So I don't really trust the effectivness of it. Greetings

M477H145 Try to avoid the person and if you really do need to say it, just get straight to it. Don't really say you hate him but show you dislike him. Greetings

Why isn't there a single band that makes songs like Nirvana used to?

They are a great band, and great bands ae usually followed by, wanna bes. But why isn't there a single band that sounds like Nirvana?! I miss them...
