A Frien told me taking cold shower very early in the morning is dangerous for health , and i was trying to figure it out how does it really interfear with your health

Hellow , who know's the remedy of painful periods . Today has been a worse day for me , cramps all day long , i cant even eat. What should I do to avoid this in future?

I just joint this forum yesterday but so far i have learnt to like peolpe in here by how they respond to discussions unlike other forums where responses are abusing one another and so on . Thumbs up to this forum...
