hey i have been working in a org from past 2 yrs and sometimes coz of tiredness i shout at my colleagues and behave like phycho's..dose this happens to you aswell coz my boss is always banging on my head and i simply hate it..coz...

Megharocks hey try to involve in Humour and Loughing...Spare a bit of time n enjoy reading jokes n logh with ur friends..this the best way to burn out stress..try this n u will be happy
