Mich431Hawk I just recently switched from Qwest to Bresnan. I have noticed a large speed increase because I went from 1.5 Mbps to between 12 and 18 Mbps. A lot of this has to do with the provider. A provider like Qwest offers a much stabler, slower connection. It won't...
