Taskr36 It's unconstitutional if those laws violate the 10th amendment of the US constitution. There is nothing in the US constitution that gives the federal government power to ban drugs like marijuana so if they want to do that, they should amend the constitution....

TTCCWW Wyoming tried this idea already...The fight lasted for about five years until the Feds threatened to take away all federal contracts and money. There is nothing unconstitutional about federal laws that effect all states.

xfahctor Zeph, "Federal laws always trump state law " Absolutely not true. The supremacy clause only applies in those specific areas enumerated to the federal government in the constitution. In all other areas, state law trumps federal law.
